What a great group of friends i have.....my festival friends i mean.

They have brought me through some very tough times in the past few years and yet when i show up at faire in jeans and tshirt, im welcomed with open arms, hugs and many kisses. I know, i know...i shouldve showed up in costume but i just wasnt feeling it. I put on my costume then took it off again. I wished, when i got there, that id put Skye on but by then it was too late. I was an hour away from home and in "civis". I have to say i was probably hotter in my jeans than id ever been in my multiple faire layers and that really sucked.

Anyway i felt very welcomed, very loved and missed. Ill definately be out there again this year in full costume.

Okay so I went to see 300 for my birthday. Heres what i have to say about it:

Very action packed movie
Filled with lovely bodies, men and women.
Lots and lots and lots of fighting and blood.
Great music.
Visuals are awesome.
Great quotes like: " come home with it or on it " (talking about the spartan shield) and "freedom is never free"
Very interesting that its loosely based on a true story.

All in all, a very good action packed bloody movie if youre into that kinda thing :D
